Research use policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to every Pure Peptides website and every order. Pure Peptides is the trading name of Limjoco Laboratory Supplies Trading. By placing an order or sending an inquiry, you agree to this policy.

2. What "research use only" means

Our products are laboratory materials supplied for laboratory, in-vitro and other non-clinical research. A research-use label does not determine a material’s regulatory classification or establish permission to import, supply or use it. We do not offer them for any therapeutic, diagnostic or cosmetic purpose, and we make no claim that any product is approved for any such purpose.

3. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old. You must be buying for legitimate research, for yourself in a research capacity or for an organisation. You or your organisation must have the training, facilities and any licences needed to handle laboratory materials safely. We may ask for details about your business or your intended use before we accept or ship an order.

4. What you must not do

You must not:

• give a product to, or use it on, any person or animal, including yourself;
• use a product for any therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic or clinical purpose;
• present a product as a medicine, supplement or consumer health product;
• resell, repackage or relabel a product;
• use a product in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.

5. Laws that apply to you

Rules about buying, owning, importing and using laboratory materials differ by country, and they can change. You are responsible for checking and following the rules where you are, including any permit or licence you need. We do not give legal advice. We may refuse to ship to any place where we cannot lawfully ship, or where we cannot confirm that shipping is allowed.

6. No medical advice, no health claims

Nothing on our websites is medical advice or a claim about the effect of any product on people or animals. This includes articles, product descriptions, calculators, certificates and anything our team writes to you. Information is provided so researchers can read records and prepare laboratory work. Our calculator is a laboratory unit and concentration tool. It does not recommend amounts for any person or animal.

7. Handling, storage and safety

You are responsible for storing, handling, using and disposing of products safely and in line with laboratory practice and the rules that apply to you. Ask our team for the product-specific manufacturer or laboratory instructions before ordering.

8. Certificates and batch codes

Ask our team for the available Certificate of Analysis for your compound and batch reference. Check that the document matches the supplied item. An analytical report describes the tested sample and reported tests; it does not establish suitability for human or animal use. 9. If we suspect misuse

We may refuse, hold or cancel an order, close an account or affiliate link, and report matters to the proper authorities where the law requires or allows it, if we believe a product may be used against this policy or the law.

10. Changes and contact
