1. Agreeing to these terms
By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Research use policy, Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Return and refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.
2. Who we are
The sites are run by Pure Peptides, the trading name of Limjoco Laboratory Supplies Trading, 37 Fabian Cadiz Rd, SJDM, Bulacan. Contact: purepeptidesphilippines@gmail.com.
3. Who can use the sites and order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Products are sold for research use only, under the Research Use Policy.
4. What the sites offer
The sites give information about research peptides, tools such as a batch-code checker and a laboratory calculator, a product catalog, and ordering. Information on the sites is general and can be incomplete or out of date. It is not medical advice.
5. How ordering works
- You choose the compounds, vial sizes and quantities and send an enquiry to our team by email, WhatsApp or the contact form. Preparing an enquiry on the website does not place an order.
- We contact you to confirm stock, price, delivery and how to pay.
- Your order is final only after we confirm it. Until then we may decline or change it.
- Payment is by e-wallet or bank transfer only. Credit card payments are planned and are not available yet.
- Our team confirms ordering details and payment. See the shipping page for the owner-confirmed dispatch and delivery estimates.
6. Prices
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP). A price is confirmed when we confirm your order. We may correct a price mistake before we confirm, and we may cancel an order affected by one.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by the Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by the Return and refund policy. Please read both before you order.
8. Using the sites properly
You must not:
- try to guess, generate or scrape batch codes, or use automated tools to check them;
- interfere with the sites, try to get into systems or data that are not yours, or overload the sites;
- copy our content for your own use without permission, except as the law allows;
- give us false information.
We may block access if you do.
9. Affiliate programme
The affiliate programme has its own agreement, which you accept when you apply. If it disagrees with these terms, the affiliate agreement applies to the programme.
10. Our content and brand
The text, images, logos and design on our sites belong to Pure Peptides or the people who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
11. Links and other people's services
Our sites may link to other sites or use other companies' services, such as couriers and payment channels. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or terms.
12. Limits on what we promise
We work to keep our sites and records accurate, but we cannot promise they are always available, complete or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by use of a product that breaks the Research Use Policy. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you do with a product and for following the laws that apply to you. If you break these terms or the law and we suffer loss because of it, you agree to cover that loss to the extent the law allows.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you directly. Any court proceedings are subject to applicable Philippine law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and a change applies to orders placed after it.
