In short
- This website prepares enquiry drafts in your browser and provides existing batch, shipment and partner-record lookups. It does not accept orders, payments or new affiliate applications.
- We do not collect card numbers, and we do not sell personal data.
- Some companies help us run the site and deliver orders. They see only what they need.
- You have rights over your data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and you can use them by emailing us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Contact the Pure Peptides team in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, Philippines about the business records relevant to your request. Our privacy contact is the Pure Peptides team at purepeptidesphilippines@gmail.com. Use the subject “Privacy request” and describe the information or request involved. Include an order or application reference if relevant; please do not send passwords, card details or identity documents unless our team explains why they are needed.
2. What we collect, and why
| When | Information involved | How it is used |
|---|---|---|
| You prepare an enquiry draft | Material names, organisation, intended work and questions | Kept in the current page for you to review; not submitted by preparing the draft |
| You choose email, WhatsApp or copy text | The text of the reviewed draft | Passed to your chosen application or device clipboard; you decide whether to send it |
| You track an existing shipment | The tracking reference you enter | Sent to the existing service to retrieve the associated record |
| You check a batch reference | The code you type or scan | Sent to the existing service; its first-verification date may be recorded. Camera images are processed on your device |
| You look up existing partner statistics | Your existing referral code | Sent to retrieve the associated figures |
Existing transaction, payment and partner records remain subject to the business practices and terms applicable to those records. This website does not create new order, payment or partner-application records.
We use your data only for the reasons above, or as the law requires.
3. Cookies and data kept on your device
The enquiry draft is not saved by this website in cookies or browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears it; your browser may offer autofill. Existing app features may retain their previous device settings. You can clear website storage in your browser.
This Netlify website does not load Google Analytics or log new affiliate referral clicks. Google Fonts and any embedded map may receive technical request information when loaded. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and access logs. Customer account registration remains unavailable.
4. On what basis we use your data
We use your data because you asked us to (for example to answer a message or fill an order), because you agreed (for example to receive updates), because we need it to run an order or programme you joined, or because the law requires it.
5. Who receives your data
- Our own staff, who need it for their work.
- Netlify hosts this website. Supabase provides the existing catalogue and record-lookup services. Your email provider or WhatsApp processes a draft you choose to open and any message you actually send. Opening a WhatsApp link passes its prefilled text to WhatsApp; nothing is sent automatically by this website. Google provides fonts and embedded maps. These services may process the technical information needed to provide them.
- Couriers receive delivery details, and bank or e-wallet providers process the payment information needed for your order.
- Government bodies or others, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these companies store data outside the Philippines.
6. How long we keep it
Retention depends on the record, the purpose it serves and any legal obligation. The following rules guide our retention decisions:
| Record | Retention rule |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and support messages | For responding to the request and necessary follow-up. If the message forms part of an order, dispute or accounting record, the relevant requirement applies. |
| Orders, delivery and payment information | For fulfilling the order, handling support and maintaining necessary transaction records. Supporting accounting records are subject to the statutory period below. |
| Affiliate applications and records | For application review, programme administration, unpaid commissions and necessary payout, accounting or dispute records. |
| Batch-code records | For code verification and necessary product traceability. A code-check date is not a promised deletion date. |
| Enquiry draft in this page | Until you leave or reload the page, except copies you choose to retain elsewhere. |
| Hosting and technical request information | Subject to the relevant provider settings and applicable obligations. Ask our contact about a particular request. |
Philippine books of accounts and supporting accounting records generally have a five-year preservation requirement, measured from the day after the relevant return-filing deadline, or the actual filing date if late, for the taxable year of the last entry. A longer requirement or unresolved legal matter may apply. See BIR Revenue Regulations No. 7-2024, Section 4.
Contact purepeptidesphilippines@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or the retention basis for a particular record. Our team reviews requests against ongoing purposes and legal requirements; a request does not automatically erase transaction or batch records.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our staff system requires a login. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure. If a breach could seriously affect you, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may:
- be informed about how we use your data;
- ask to see the data we hold about you;
- object to certain uses;
