The terms below reproduce the return and refund policy already published on the current Pure Peptides website.
1. Existing policy
- No refunds. All sales are final — we do not issue refunds on any order.
- Replacements only for quality degradation. If a peptide is confirmed to have degraded in quality, we will provide a replacement, subject to our review.
- Pre-shipment photo on request. You may request a photo of your order before it ships to verify contents.
- Shipping damage is not covered. Any damage to outer packaging that occurs in transit is not our responsibility and does not by itself qualify for a replacement.
Contact us with your order details if you believe a replacement is warranted. All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory purposes only.
