1. Delivery coverage
On-hand delivery estimates are 1–3 days within Greater Metro Manila and 3–7 days in provincial areas.
2. Dispatch cutoff
On dispatch days, on-hand orders placed before 12:00 noon, Philippine time, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at or after noon are dispatched the following dispatch day. Sundays are included. Philippine and Chinese holidays are excluded. Holiday orders are handled on the next dispatch day.
3. Pre-orders
The minimum is 5 vials. Estimated arrival at the customer is 5–14 days in Greater Metro Manila or provincial areas. This means arrival, not dispatch.
4. Confirming your order
Contact our team to confirm availability, shipping charges and payment details before paying. Payment is by e-wallet or bank transfer only. Credit card payments are planned and are not available yet.
5. Included accessories
All orders include syringe kits, alcohol pads and membership app cards, stored in a zip pouch. These accessories do not change the laboratory research-only purpose of the products.
6. Tracking
You receive a tracking link and ongoing shipment updates so you can follow your order's progress. Use Track your order.
7. Delivery estimates
The stated delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Courier conditions and holiday closures can affect delivery.
